Proud to be part of the SHU Racing Formula Student Team

SHU Racing Team is an organisation founded and run by the Sheffield Hallam University students, with the 2023 season being the 10th consecutive year of competition. 

As a team we believe in professional diversification

We form a collective of members with a wide range of perspectives, ideas, and educational backgrounds. This cultivates a successful working environment and bring a wealth of experiences to the team. 

Sustainable racing is the future of SHU Racing

We believe in pushing the boundaries of performance through pioneering engineering design, manufacture and testing. 


Our biggest challenge is to combine performance racing with environment-centric fuel sources which is why we are moving into the electric vehicle concept race competition.
